Dominique Bleiman
Co-founder
Dominique is the young entrepreneur who created Hydrofix with his initial idea and vision. With a background in business management, he is fully committed to building Hydrofix into a successful company. His vision and enthusiasm convince many of our customers, but his financial background also ensures cost awareness and long-term profitability.
Philippe Bleiman
Co-founder
Philippe has a wealth of international experience in engineering and supply chain management, including in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has developed the different versions of our prototypes and leads the development of the Hydrofix ONE. As a former facilities manager, he knows our customers' challenges like no other. His background in chemistry is a key asset in developing our neutral flavour base - and, of course, the flavours themselves.
Armed with an MBA and extensive experience in scaling high-tech companies, he knows how to build a profitable business.
Erik Booten
Co-founder
With over 40 years of experience in the beverage industry, Erik knows the ins and outs of water dispenser installation and maintenance. When you produce, install and maintain thousands of appliances, you need someone who brings in this experience from the design phase up and can build the right team around it. This way, we develop a device that works flawlessly and is easy and efficient to maintain.
You may already have encountered Erik without knowing it because, under his leadership, several music festivals this summer also switched smoothly to reusable cups.
Johan Camp
Co-founder
With previous experience in start-ups and fundraising, Johan has a broader profile than the digital domain he leads at Hydrofix. He is our go-to for all our digital challenges, from setting up our device tracking system and data platform to our ERP integration for automatic ordering and (re)delivery. As an engineer, he is heavily involved in developing our Hydrofix ONE device. In addition to the device software and data platform, he adds the necessary security features to our flavour cartridge solution.
Moreover, as a former investment manager and CFO, Johan knows better than anyone how to finance, build and keep a start-up company healthy.
