Jan Colpaert

Co-fondateur

Jan is one of the co-founders of LAUNCH, an app for digital campus recruitment. He has previous experience in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and has worked on different transformation projects for big companies in different industries, such as HR, logistics, dredging, media and telecom.

Floris Ampe

Co-fondateur

Floris is co-founder and has extensive experience in consultancy. As a former partner and digital & innovation lead at PwC, he played a key role in the development of the platform. He continues to work closely with Jens on the technological side of the business. In addition, he is responsible for all financial matters.

Daniëlle Weerts

Co-fondateur

Daniëlle holds a Master's in Art History from UC Louvain and a degree in Human Management. After her studies, she did an internship in Sotheby's and pursued a career in both the art and logistics sector. She co-founded LAUNCH and is an advisor in our board.

Jens Devloo

Directeur technique

Jens obtained his Master's in Civil Engineering - Computer Science at KU Leuven. He has experience within consultancy at PwC. At LAUNCH, he is mainly involved in the development and maintenance of the platform.

Yentl Matheussen

Marketing

Yentl joined LAUNCH in 2021, right at the start of our journey. Initially, she took on the roles of account manager and campus coordinator, and she now serves as our Head of Customer Experience. Yentl remains deeply involved in managing client accounts and overseeing campus operations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Office Management and brings prior work experience from a hospital setting.

Gaëlle De Heldt

Gaëlle joined LAUNCH in 2023 after completing her Master's degrees in Finance and Information Management from KU Leuven. She is currently mainly involved in account management and campus coordination, while also providing administrative support on financial matters.
