Dear sir,
As we are a cooperative entity we aim for sustainable, long-term relationships with our shareholders. The following exits are possible:
1) When a large part of Herculean is sold, the crowd has a liquidation preference of 3% on a yearly basis. Should the return be higher, MyMicroInvest has a carried interest on an internal rate of return above 5%. This is described in the Terms of Investment.
2) Every year, MyMicroInvest will also organise a liquidity event for the crowd, as this is the spirit of a cooperative entity. During the first 3 years, 10% of the crowd can exit at first-come first-serve basis. After 3 years, more crowd can exit.
