Comme vous pouvez voir dans les prévisions du compte de résultat dans le prospectus, les comptes au niveau du bénéfice opérationnel seront stables en 2018 (prévu pour la deuxième moitié de l'année 2018).

Dear François, thank you for your question. There is no specific reason, 10/month is a goal and also an average so some months we might be under our target. Dear François, tank you for your question. The campagin indeed reopens every time someone who pledged cancels his intention to invest.
The total required amount (min. & max. total fundraising, in the raise summary on the right) do not change however.

Hello, in the provisional income statement, I have the impression (given the evolution of the amounts yoy) that the 12% fee from the crowd investors seems taken in one time in the results of the year of the deal. Can you confirm this ? Do you have cost related to this revenue (follow up, administration cost of the notes...) over the (average) 6 year period between the deal and the future exit ? Are they subject to a provision ? Thank you for your response.
Dear François, thank you for your question. The 12% crowd investor fee is indeed taken in one time, at the closing of the campaign. Costs related to this revenue are of administrative and legal nature and over the whole duration of the investment. Because the timing and the size of the cost are rather unpredictable (the investment can last much longer than the estimated average of 6 years), these costs are not provisioned.

In the "Financials", we can read in the Income statement, at the row "supplies, merchandise, services and miscellaneous goods", the figures are the same for 2013 and 2014 (-976.621€). Is it normal? it seems to be a copy/paste error to me. Thank you for confirming.

Hello Nassim, thank you for your question.
You are right about this, there was a mistake in the presentation of the historical accounts. There were two problems: the line 'other revenue' was filled in incorrectly, as well as the Supplies, merchandise, services and miscellaneous goods line as noticed. Both errors were manual errors and have been corrected. There is no impact on the lower lines of the income statement however.
We have updated the prospectus too.
