Frustrated by the inconvenience of finding a charging station in the city, Dieter conceived the idea of “Charging as a Service,” which formed the basis of UZE. With a background in product development and retail design, Dieter has a unique talent for bringing ideas to life, from concept creation to prototyping and final implementation. As co-founder and CPO, Dieter directs the development of UZE, ensuring that the company continues to innovate and meet the needs of urban EV users. He has successfully led two other start-ups from inception to market success, demonstrating his expertise in developing new markets and driving business growth. At UZE, Marek is involved in every aspect of the technology process-from creating the essential firmware for our charging units to building and refining the cloud and app systems that keep everything running smoothly. With a background at major technology companies like Intel, Marek brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. He not only leads the development team, but also contributes directly to the code, making UZE's solutions reliable, efficient and easy to use. Marek's dedication and technical skills are essential to making UZE's vision of easy and accessible EV charging a reality.

Jonas Masure

Jonas Masure is an experienced financial expert with experience scaling startups and guiding companies through complex financial landscapes. As CFO of UZE, Jonas leverages his background to drive the company's financial planning and capital raising. His previous roles as CFO at The Harbour and Winwinner have given him the skills to manage growth, optimize financial operations and secure funding from a variety of sources, leaving Uze well prepared for rapid expansion.

Jorn Joosen

Jorn Joosen is a talented product developer and designer with a strong focus on UI/UX and a key force within the UZE team. With his background in product development at the University of Antwerp, Jorn designs intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for both mobile apps and web platforms. Thanks to his expertise in UI/UX design, UZE's products are not only functional, but also user-friendly and beautifully designed.
