Next to the spreds compartiment and grants, how much was raised via other channels in the past 2 years?

The company raised 500.000 EUR from private insvestors outsie of SPREDS.
Let me correct my previous answer, the amount raised by SPREDS in the first round was 105.000 EUR and not 205.000 EUR. The company also received another 10.300 EUR from SPREDS' investors in preferential rights adjustments.

Dear Kevin, YNIOS Pharma just held its board meeting and its shareholders' annual meeting. You may be interested to know that both assemblies have decided to entrust an expert to proceed with the valuation of the company. As a reminder, the company's current valuation reflects its number of shares of 1 EUR each, i.e. just above 6M€. The new valuation will take into account the market value of the R&D programs and of the patents and patents pending of the company.. This new evaluation will create a premium for each share which may multiply the value of the share by a factor, possibly between 2 to 10. This will have been the first value jump of the company. The company will post its new value and share premium when the process is completed. So hang-on and wait a few more weeks. It will be worth it !
