ono business and financial plan
ono is based on a simple and transparent model of a single commission charged on each kwh exchanged. We pay a commission of up to 3 cents per kwh, excluding VAT. In fact, we will have sales contracts for at least 3 years with every entity legally able to share energy for a group of natural or legal persons. This will guarantee the stability of operation, the balance of sharing and the income that are essential to the project's objective of solidarity.
Based on the market figures set out above, we have constructed a 4-year operating account to forecast the structural and operating costs associated with these objectives.

It has 4 main pilars of cost to run its operations efficiently.
1/ Sales, expertise & services
The company will put together a solid team with expertise in energy sharing and management, as well as energy domain in general. Our persona in this solidarity system will be our first asset in the field. In our decentralised model, we need to invest in a team that is balanced between a central service part and a local sales and service part. We have therefore provided sufficient salaries for both parties:
- 1-to-1 B2B sales in each region
- centralised after-sales
- business expertise in energy sharing, energy in the broad sense and innovation in our sector or any other sector related to our mission
Next to that, it has forecasted important costs of consultancy for all the legal and accountancy aspects as with Janson and Amarris, it will adapt operations to the details of each local regulation in Europe.
In its role of administration of legal entities enabling the sharing of electricity, in different regions and countries, ono has also planed to hire and train an important team in the management of this paper and human work to achieve its objective in the quality of services.
2/ Technology and data
The company has already invested in the design and POC of the first algorithm to distribute people's surplus energy with solidarity and efficiency. We are now in the process of obtaining a model for it.
Technology is one of the central factors in our purely digital and decentralised model. With this in mind, the company has drawn up a development plan for its web applications based on a mix of external specialists and in-house teams. Our strategy is based on the need to get off to a fast and efficient start with as many senior people as possible (external), followed by the transfer and increased skills of an internal development team for the maintenance and internal upgrades of our functionalities. It's crucial for a start-up to be able to strike the right balance between speed, flexibility, ownership and specialisation to achieve the most convincing and seamless end product for its customers.
The new versions of our applications will be developed with partners with hyper-specialisation in the fields of data, IT security and expertise in AI and algorithms, who will join the technical leaders of our in-house team.
There will be constant investment in technology to develop the most efficient online network for sharing electrical energy.
3/ Branding, content and participative/social communication
The company has already invested in its identity, look & feel and communications to become an iconic brand. It's crucial for us to be part of the sharing community. So we're designing a brand that will be the primary vehicle for communicative sharing. Network marketing and the viral effect are vital to our brand.
ono therefore plans to collaborate on activations with local partners, ambassadors of sharing. It plans street and network activations that are culturally adapted to the areas in which it operates.
ono will have a major plan for online content, influence and crucial ambassadors in order to create the strongest possible digital and social footprint.
ono will therefore invest in in-house content management and social networking teams, as well as in the performance management of digital activities.
4/ Innovation and social projects
To fulfil its mission, ono is already planning to invest in social, circular and solidarity-based research and development projects from the end of 2025. It is crucial to have a concrete presence in the communities that participate in order to demonstrate the creative force of new opportunities via energy sharing revenues.

ono starts sharing with you by this crowdfunding action
ono is now ready to go live thanks to its legal, commercial and technical confirmations. It is raising this pre-seed funding to give itself the means to get off to a solid, effective and rapid start, so that it can build up this network in a convincing and human way. It is important to demonstrate the immediate benefits to the masses in several European regions and cities.
To get this off the ground, we are seeking 1,000,000 euros from private individuals and funds. The funds will be invested in the 4 pillars mentioned above for the first stage:
- the first version of the sharing platform
- recruitment of sales and service teams
- putting our algorithm into production and obtaining a patent for it
- the creation and production of the branding and all the communication media, as well as media buying, all necessary for ono's social and human take-off
- in the process of constitution of the first communities in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonie, where it has already our clients waiting for ono.
ono and its mix of funds for launch
That's why, through this campaign, we're inviting the Spreds community of investors to take part in the creation of this unique, solidarity-based network. The aim of this campaign is to raise 250,000 euros with you, so that you can be the first to take part and benefit.
The rest of the funding for this first round will come from the first 5 pre-committed investors and one or two funds dedicated to innovative projects in the energy sector.

ono and the redistribution of income
Strategically, it will redistribute its income as a real force for its own autonomy in the years to come, as explained through ongoing investment. ono will also aim to use its financial capacity to install a new human model generated by sharing and guaranteeing access to basic needs in an innovative way.
ono is not forgetting its initial investors and participants either, and plans to redistribute its net annual income from 2027 onwards, in excess of 5,000,000 euros and up to 10,000,000 euros. All the remainder will be reinvested or kept in cash to meet the aforementioned mission and ambitions.
